Finding Key With Court Ordered Paternity Test

It must sound like a major TV series or a motion picture that everyone has seen or heard of whenever issues of paternity testing come up. Sure, most people have heard about this in the movies and TV or in the scientific lectures in school but should they learn that a friend or someone they know of has to undergo this, they would not believe themselves. So why is there a court ordered paternity test?

Often the reasons are different and complicated but you could sum those reasons up into two categories: moral and legal.

The morally-inclined reasons come up whenever a party, usually the mother of the child would want her child to grow up knowing his or her true identity. Through tests, that would be known. Scientifically, it would be done through DNA sampling. In layman’s term, the DNA is where the traits of a person are found and should it match with a sample taken from someone else, this only means that the two people are related genetically, like a father is related to his child. There are people who opt to settle this kind of dispute through paternity tests that are available readily and could be done at home. Usually, this is just to make both parties prove themselves and settle the matter. The test could be ordered by court while most of the time, it is a silent move that no one outside of the issue is able to know.

In dealing with the law, reasons might be reduced. Basically, this kind of case occurs for the mother’s interest to have the father of the child’s continuous support, if not, the father might be complained for negligence. Tests result could serve as strong evidence particularly when a third party exists. Results should not be manipulated particularly to the laboratory clinic that is being delegated by the court to perform the tests.

Another reason for doing this kind of test could be for other legal matter. For instance, if a person would want to get benefited from the father’s properties, thus exercising his right, as well. It may sound so dramatic but for those adopted children would be fortunate if they found their biological parents because they could demand inheritance from them. However, profiling the DNA of the populace could also be demanded by the state.

Lastly, another reason for having this sort of test is for determining a body. Before, the most common way in identifying burned and rotten bodies was through dental records. However, these days, we have the court ordered paternity test. That is also hassle-free and effortless for the families to look for their dead loved-ones who have been a victim of calamity or accident. The best example for this proven case is the 9/11 attack. Majority of the victim’s body were already rotten and the families needed to provide a DNA sample so that they could get back the remains of their loved-ones.

With the highly-advanced ways in answering inquests and resolving problems and disagreements, we could just liken the situation as just watching the favored TV drama or a sci-fi series. The court could justify everything to the parties when the test result is laid down in the court, thus ending the story of the life-drama.

As a father who wants certainty to father a child with unknown existence, you may want to submit yourself through a court ordered paternity test In this way, you are guaranteed that the child is really yours. Or you may want to try cheap legal dna test.
